Bob asked us to test Freshman Success Programs last year. We are a HUGE school of 3000+, with over 800 freshman and a grad. rate of 66%--terrible! At first, my teachers moaned and groaned--"we're losing more instructional time!" After a year of use by our freshman teachers, no more moaning and groaning! We started the year with 800 freshman and ended the year with 740 CREDIT SUFFICIENT freshman--unreal! Attendance was 89%, up from 70% in previous years. Frosh discipline referrals down 33%. Wished I would have had this 15 years ago!

We purchased this after much discussion. Did we really need this? Was it too expensive? Would it truly make a difference. After using it for the 2018/19 school year, we were astounded! Only 22% of our freshman were credit deficient after 1st semester--down from 70% the year before. At the end of the year, only 12% of our freshman were credit deficient--down from 43% the year before. We've added lessons....and Bob Gerye has been there every step of the way for us...never taking another dime for consulting and helping us. If you don't buy this, you are hurting your kids!
